Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Marsh Hawk Capital Management, LLC, a leading Conshohocken-based private investment management firm, is seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist. Candidate is expected to be a highly skilled, administrative assistant/receptionist with a friendly, positive attitude who demonstrates the ability to work independently, has excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and internet research. Experience in financial modeling and budgeting is a plus.
The position also requires strong written and verbal skills as there will be regular interfacing with senior team members, business owners and managers. Must be willing to work hard to keep up with a high-energy, team-based culture.
Compensation will be market competitive and will include a base salary with a performance-based bonus. Possibility for future equity participation based upon performance. Position is for immediate full time start date.

Analyst
Marsh Hawk Capital Management, LLC, a leading Philadelphia-based private investment management firm, is seeking two Analysts to fill key openings. Get in on the ground floor with the prospect for rapid advancement through performance. Marsh Hawk is an investment company formed by two highly successful investors. Marsh Hawk employs an opportunistic investment philosophy and its predecessors have made more than $500 million in control and non-control investments since 2003 in a wide variety of industries ranging from manufacturing and business services to consumer finance and real estate.
Candidates are expected to possess exceptional Excel skills, extensive knowledge of and experience with financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting. The position also requires strong written and verbal skills, as there will be regular interfacing with senior team members, business owners and managers. The scope of the position ranges from analysis and due diligence of new investment opportunities to assistance in monitoring portfolio companies.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and experience:
- An outstanding academic record and degree from an accredited undergraduate institution (economics, accounting, business or finance background preferred).
- Two to four years total work experience in private equity, investment banking and/or in public accounting. Preference is for candidates with transaction experience in M&A, High Yield, Leveraged Finance and Acquisition Finance.
- Significant experience performing complex financial analysis, M&A / leveraged finance modeling and company valuations, including discounted cash flow and comparable company analyses.
- Ability to conduct industry research and articulate views on investment alternatives.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal skills in addition to excellent quantitative analytical skills and training.
- Must be proactive on projects, demonstrate personal initiative and possess the capability to multi-task. Must be willing to work hard to keep up with a high-energy, team-based culture.
