Eric L. Blum
Eric L. Blum is Chairman and co-founder of Marsh Hawk Capital, LLC and Chairman and founder of its parent ELB Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Blum has been a private investor and business consultant for more than 35 years. During this time, Mr. Blum sponsored or co-sponsored and has been a limited or general partner in numerous investments in middle market transactions, project financings and concentrated investments in publicly-traded companies. ELB currently manages a diverse portfolio of companies involved in manufacturing, business services, distribution, real estate, energy and media. Mr. Blum currently serves on the boards of Pitcairn Properties, Specialized Industries, and Seagrave Fire Apparatus.

Joseph D. Kestenbaum
Joseph D. Kestenbaum is President and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Marsh Hawk Capital Management, LLC and is President and Chief Executive Officer of its parent ELB Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Kestenbaum has over 30 years of real estate, marketing, finance and operational experience. As President of The Kestenbaum Group, Inc., a Philadelphia based middle market investment firm, Mr. Kestenbaum specialized in manufacturing, service and distribution companies. In 1998, Mr. Kestenbaum expanded the scope of The Kestenbaum Group to include real estate and has sponsored and managed numerous multi-million dollar commercial real estate investments. Mr. Kestenbaum is the co-founder and former Chairman of the Board of UniTek USA, LLC and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Kestenbaum Family Foundation. Mr. Kestenbaum currently serves on the board of Specialized Industries, and Seagrave Fire Apparatus.

Joseph A. Breen, Jr.
Joseph A. Breen, Jr. is Chief Operating Officer of ELB Capital Management, LLC. Prior to joining ELB, Mr. Breen served as Chief Financial Officer of Mercantile Capital Partners, L.P., an asset-based lender and factorer. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of a privately owned publishing and trade show company. Prior to that, Mr. Breen served as Vice President-Finance for Robinson Alarm Co., where he managed financial and operational aspects of a diverse group of companies with a concentration in real estate and the commercial alarm industry. Mr. Breen holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University.
